Why Blog

There are just too many reasons why everyone should blog (as long as they are nice!):

  • Stress reduction
  • Empowers
  • Allows for self-explorationLotas Clip Art
  • Provides personal healing

and the list goes on…

But why do I blog? Well I’ve narrowed it down to a few main points:

  1. I was encouraged by a lovely friend to start a blog
  2. I find it both relaxing and lots of fun
  3. Battling both depression and anxiety, as well as a debilitating eating disorder, I have found the widespread support networks extremely helpful in my road to recovery.
  4. After journaling for years, I find this more interactive way of writing more therapeutic and even more enjoyable. Basically, you’ve got your own support system built in!
  5. I’ve always got something to say!

I hope you enjoy this blog, and that you are able to make the same meaningful connections I have with the journaling process.
